It uses real photos of the birth and first few days of twin horses’ lives to tell a story of thankfulness. The weaker twin, Sophia, shows thankfulness in many ways. She chooses to give thanks when she can't stand, needs help to eat, and when her mom and brother are doing well, even when she isn’t doing so well. We can all learn a little from Sophia.
Drew and Edy Finish are co-founders and caretakers of His Windy Haven in Kent, Ohio. They volunteer to work with children on the farm. The Finish family enhances positive life skills with farm animals, writing, and photography.
